Practical English for the Hospitality Industry is a brand new course designed by the LTC for people working (or wanting to work) in the hospitality industry. All aspects of communication with guests in resorts and hotels are trained with a heavy focus on spoken English. From answering the phone, to replying to an email inquiry, to checking a guest in or taking their order in the restaurant. A great course to obtain practical English that can be used immediately to communicate with foreign guests!
Placement Test
To make sure students start in the appropriate level, students will be tested in all 4 skills (reading, writing, listening & speaking) and will receive a level recommendation. If after 1 or 2 lessons the level seems too difficult or too easy, the student can transfer a level up or down to better suite his/her capabilities.
